Privacy Policy
Calculators on this site run right in your browser - the date you enter there is never sent anywhere. Here's an honest account of what happens to data if you write in the site chat or on Telegram.
What happens to data in the calculators
Every calculator on this site, life path, personal year, compatibility, runs on plain JavaScript and calculates the result right in your browser. The date of birth you enter is never sent to a server and never stored anywhere. That applies both to your own date and to any date you enter to check compatibility with someone else.
Chat on this site
Policy edition 2026-10-01.2 - this is the edition you agree to when you send your first message in the site chat.
What data. Everything you write in the chat yourself: usually a date, time and place of birth, a name, your question, and sometimes an email, phone number or Telegram handle if you leave a contact. Stored alongside the conversation: the page where the chat was opened, the traffic source (ad tags), your country from the Cloudflare delivery network header, a hash of your IP address (the address itself isn't stored - only an irreversible keyed hash, used against spam), and the time and edition of your consent. If you open the chat right after a calculator, only the computed numbers (for example, "life path 5") are passed to the chat, never the date you entered.
Where it's stored. The conversation is stored on the site's server. Your browser (localStorage) keeps only your chat session key, so the conversation reopens on your next visit. It's removed together with the conversation or when you clear this site's data in your browser.
Who processes it. Replies in the chat are prepared by AI services (language models), which receive the conversation text to prepare a reply. They're technology partners that process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes. The site's servers and the AI services may be located outside your country of residence - by sending a message you agree to this cross-border transfer. Visitors from the European Union and the EEA are told directly in the chat that they're chatting with an AI assistant.
Why. To answer your question, prepare the free mini reading and, if you choose to order, a paid reading, and to continue the conversation on Telegram if you move there yourself using the button with a code.
How long. A conversation without orders is deleted 90 days after your last visit. If there was a paid order, 365 days after your last activity your name, date of birth, contacts and messages are deleted, while payment records are kept for accounting. Reading files handed over in the chat stay available for 30 days. Conversations the spam filter flags as automated are deleted after 7 days. Database backups are kept for 14 days, so deleted data disappears from them completely within that period.
Your rights. The chat menu has "Download the conversation" (a file with your whole conversation) and "Delete the conversation and data". You can also write "delete my data" on Telegram - such requests are handled manually within 30 days. Deleting all data, including data linked to Telegram, is carried out when there's no doubt the data is yours; payment records are kept in anonymised form for accounting. You can withdraw consent the same way - by deleting the conversation. More details are on the Consent to personal data processing page.
What data is collected when you reach out on Telegram
If you choose to message Anna on Telegram for a personal reading, you provide the details yourself, typically a date of birth, sometimes a birth time and place, a full name, and your question. This data is used solely to prepare the reading you've asked for, and is kept within the Telegram conversation, along with any working notes needed to put together a quality PDF.
We don't sell this data or hand it to third parties for their own purposes; it's processed only by technology partners that help prepare replies and readings (AI services, payment services), and only to deliver the service you ordered. One note worth stating directly: questions you ask, including ones touching on relationships, wellbeing or personal circumstances, are processed solely to prepare your reading - you're always free to leave out details you'd rather not share.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful to visitors, but these tools only load after you consent through the cookie banner. Analytics isn't used to serve personalised advertising, and it isn't linked to data you send in a private conversation.
Retention and deletion
Data tied to a paid reading is kept for as long as needed to deliver the service, plus a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up questions or a refund request. You can ask to have your data deleted at any time: from the site chat menu ("Delete the conversation and data") or by writing "delete my data" on Telegram (handled manually within 30 days) - the request is carried out, except for records that must be kept for accounting of services already paid for. Retention periods for the site chat are in the "Chat on this site" section above.
Who is responsible for this data
