Subject of the service

Anna Sansaryan provides entertainment and self-reflection consultations in numerology, western astrology and tarot, based on a date, and where needed a time and place, of birth supplied personally by the client. The service is not a medical, legal, financial or psychological consultation, and it doesn't replace consulting the relevant professional.

How the agreement is formed

The agreement is considered formed from the moment a chosen service is paid for, or from the moment a conversation about ordering a specific reading begins, whichever comes first. By ordering a reading, the client confirms they are at least 18 years old and agrees to the terms described here.

Pricing and payment

Current prices are listed on the Services and Prices page. Payment is made through a secure link, and any card is accepted. A reading is considered ordered once payment is confirmed.

Rights and obligations

Anna Sansaryan agrees to prepare the ordered reading within the stated timeframe and, before sending it, to check that it matches the order and the data the client provided. The client agrees to provide the data needed for the calculation (at minimum, a date of birth) and understands that the accuracy of the calculation depends on the accuracy of the data provided.

No guarantees

This service is for entertainment and self-reflection. We don't guarantee a specific outcome, we don't give exact dates for events, and we don't offer medical, legal or financial advice. Readings point to tendencies and character traits - any decisions based on them are the client's own, made at their own responsibility.

Refund policy

Before a reading is delivered, the client may request a full refund with no explanation needed. After a PDF has been delivered, if its content doesn't land, the specific parts of the reading are expanded free of charge at the client's request first; if it still doesn't fit after that, the payment is refunded in full. Refund requests are handled within a reasonable time of being raised.

Limitation of liability

The provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. The provider isn't responsible for decisions the client makes based on a reading received, nor for any consequences of using the service outside its entertainment and self-reflection purpose.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated; the current version is always available on this page, along with the date it was last updated. Changes don't apply retroactively to readings already paid for and not yet completed.
